Join us in the Flower Room to learn about and create some Prohibition Era classic cocktails with our bartender, Caleb.
He will teach students how to infuse the booze with a floral component; this ingredient will be used in all three cocktails. It's magic to see what simple techniques change the flavor and aesthetic from drink to drink.
