About Hudson Valley Fisheries:
Inspired by a commitment to food security and environmental stewardship, Hudson Valley Fisheries raises the healthiest, most sustainable steelhead trout from Hudson, NY. We use advanced RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) technology to grow our fish without the use of antibiotics, pesticides or growth hormones. Our land-based farm allows us to protect wild fish populations while ensuring our fish are free of mercury, micro-plastics and other heavy metals. RAS’ closed-loop system also helps us reduce our impact on the environment by converting the fish waste into organic fertilizer and re-using up to 95% of our water. Our mission it to provide a healthy, local and delicious fish you can feel good about eating.
