Floral Mixology Class

Il Fiorista's Floral Mixology class will be taught by Gates Otsuji of Controlled Substances. Gates is a master at combining the dynamic flavor profiles of flowers, herbs, and teas with spirits. In this class, we will learn several spirit infusion techniques with hands-on participation from the class!
We'll sip a delicious cocktail while Gates takes us through each of the cocktail's components. You'll go home with a jar of dried flowers and teas to make your own infusion at home as well as seasonal fruit infusing in spirits to impress your friends with cocktails at your next soiree.
