Floral Design Class with Edible Flowers Author Monica Nelson

In this interactive class guests will design their arrangements using seasonal, locally grown flowers. Each person will receive flowers inspired by Monica Nelson's Edible Flowers book. We'll mix edible flowers with locally flowers grown in our region to create beautiful designs. Monica Nelson will be leading the class with us and will share with us her deep knowledge on edible flowers. All copies of the book will be personally signed by Monica during the class!
