Drying Pasta and Wine Tasting



What’s the difference between fresh pasta and dried pasta? How long does it take to create? And how long does it take to cook? This is a class in which we learn how to form pasta dough for drying along with the techniques of shaping and drying this pasta at home. Come enjoy this hands-on experience of pasta making, taught by our in-house pasta maker!

 

We are collaborating with Omni wines who will lead a wine tasting from

Emilia Romagna pairing with the pasta from that region.

 

-starting with a light pink Sorbara, 

- then moving to a darker, richer Lambrusco

-finishing with a Sangiovese from Villa Papiano
