Pollinators & Floral Design

Why do pollinators like some plants over others? Swallowtail Butterflies will dance around wild carrot flowers and bronze fennel. What makes them choose those particular flowers? 

In this class, we'll arrange using flowers our pollinator friends love so we can learn to identify important pollinator flowers and learn which flowers are great garden additions if you want to attract beneficial bugs. 

We'll also do a tasting of our sweet & sticky Ethiopian tree flora honey. We'll learn how this honey is different than the ones we eat in the Northeast and we'll experience some really fun flavors!
