Pasta is one of the most delicious and satisfying meals we eat. And when it's fresh and homemade it's a whole new experience. We are excited to break down the basics of pasta - flour, eggs, and water and build those ingredients into delicious pasta dough. We'll explore the art of making and forming a pasta shape known as garganelli. With a classic il Fiorista nod to seasonal produce, we'll make pasta filling from delicious and nutritious nettles! 

You'll go home with fresh pasta and a jar of puttanesca sauce.
