Cooking Class: Potato Gnocchi and Rosehip Tomato Sauce

The start of class will begin with a glass of wine and an introduction to the basics of gnocchi dough, from the flour to the parmigiana reggiana. We will then move into the Il Fiorista kitchen to break off into small groups to accomplish the perfect rosehip tomato sauce and begin to make the potato gnocchi. Class will end with us all enjoying a bowl of our creation together and taking home the sauce and pasta individuals created during the class.
