We’ll explore the art of shaping and forming tortellini. Tortellini shouldn’t be overwhelming, to ease you into your pasta making experience we will start you off with a botanical cocktail while you’re briefed on the basics of pasta - eggs, water, and flour. Once shaping is complete guests will enjoy a family style salad + pasta course, showcasing Il Fiorista’s nod to seasonal produce incorporating botanical elements.
